The Nova Prime Packs are now officially live in the EU PlayStation Store in regions where they that were missing. Thank you for your patience while we got this sorted with our partners 🙂

Silly question as you may have tried this already, but are you able to find them in the PlayStation Store directly by searching "Nova Prime"?

We are still working to get those packs populated in the PlayStation Store via in-game Market access - thank you for your patience, Tenno. You can still search directly through the Store as mentioned yesterday to view the Dual and Trinity Packs. 

As for the Nova Prime packs, unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, they will now be going live Friday, May 29th. We apologize for the delay!

With the announcement of Trinity Prime and Nova Prime returning from the Vault, we missed the inclusion of the ‘Prime Gene Masking Kit’ in the Trinity Prime Accessories pack. So we are doing just that!

When the Prime Vault opens Tuesday, May 26th on all Platforms the ‘Prime Gene Masking Kit’ will be available in both the Trinity Prime Pack AND the Trinity Prime Accessories Pack. A logical and fitting...

I just did this myself with Ash Prime to see if this was the case, and I was able to find the card 🙂 It's just being sneaky and is hiding away, but there seems to be no bug here. Good luck hunting for it! 

Edit: Oh and make sure your Ash Prime is Rank 30 before going into the Leverian 👍
